That's awesome! We have a Robin's nest on our vine-y tree thing beside our front door. She's been coming every year we've lived here (3) and each time a spot near the door. She's really used to us, needless to say. We leave her alone, and she's okay with that! It's such a blessing to be able to see these little miracles happen, isn't it?

How neat! What a great view of nature. I don't have any windows in my office and barely get cell phone service, lol!

You should start a Baby Bird Pool at work :)

How cute! You took some great pics! I can't wait to see more, especially the babies!

When my family lived in Montana, one spring a bird made a nest in the wreath hanging on our screen door. It was wonderful observing the mom and later the babies once they hatched. However, Momma bird didn't think her nest out very well, because being on the door, we had to constantly spoon the baby birds back in to the nest if the door swung open too fast or accidentally slammed shut...

And I just realized that the week I'm on vacation might be prime baby time! :O I'm going to have to make sure I come into the office to check on her! (I'll probably sneak in after hours so I don't get swindled into working LOL)

I got my monopod (think Camera-On-A-Stick) today so I was finally able to get a peek in the nest! Boy was I surprised! I didn't think she had even HAD the eggs yet!!! BABY BABY BABY! :D

Sorry photo isn't the best, I was using movie mode. I didn't want to be nosy for too long, Momma and Daddy were super pissed. Don't worry, less than a minute after me closing the window Momma was back in the nest. :)

ITTY BITTY BABY BIRDIE!  :frolic:

The parents look very crabby in that pic, the sparrows at work like to show me their kids when they are old enough.
