Are the animals in the Rangers tops from a toyline from a holiday camp or cruise ship of something! Really annoyed now!

Hmmm I was thinking they are from something like Coco pops cereal. I wonder if they are from somewhere like Chessington world of adventure or Thorpe Park theme parks :/ here in the UK. They do look familiar im thinking not from a TV show though more from advertising or a theme park hmmmm
For some reason I keep thinking Chessington World of Adventure I seem to remember animals like this (and people dressed up in this costume) just not sure if it was there
