Title: Hello Kitty food truck-- have you tried it?

Apparently there is a traveling HK food truck... And it'll be about an hour away from me this weekend.

And while I'm pretty meh on Hello Kitty... I feel like it'll be my only opportunity for "cute themed Japanese treats". . Which I've always wanted to try!

However I hate going to the area it's at.. and it's potentially going to storm...so trying to figure out if I even want to make the drive.

Anyone have any experience with the truck?  Is it even tasty..?

I've heard it's all gimmick and not any more tasty than one would expect from an average food truck.

Yeah. That's what I was sort of expecting (since I think food is premade) :/ Thank you for your input!!

Most food trucks I've been to are super tasty. But I kind of look for ones with unique offers or good street foods...

In basically all the character cafes or theme cafes I've been to in Japan the food is never very good so I think paying for the looks is just typical, paying for some nice Instagram photos basically haha. So to me the price is more what I'd weigh, and the driving distance.

The truck doesn't get to my location until next month but I will probably go though it's about 25 minutes to the city
