First Look at G5 Toys

I found Zipp yesterday.  I think this Walmart store is confused about what should be on the clearance aisle.  Zipp and the Princess Petals I posted earlier both have clearance stickers even though they are brand new toys that just came out.

Okay I need that Zipp! I was hoping singles of the main case would show up in that size (me: thinking of this because I now need my OC in a G5 style)

Zipp is the only one so far who looks at all appealing to me in terms of her colour-scheme not being pink/purple, but that hair is just...awkward? Does she have more mane than just the quiff? It looks like it but..?

Also, that's really random on the part of the store. Maybe they don't realise these are new MLP rather than old? (I can see how they'd be confused, the logo is basically the same.)

It's interesting that she has a sweater! None of the other ponies of that size have clothing, do they? Hitch doesn't even come with the sash he wears in the movie, from what I've seen.

I WANT to like the G5s because I think their colors, accessories, and personalities seem really cute! But their flat faces bother me...they have less of a pony snout and more human-like facial proportions

I've never seen the brushable ones in person, so I can't speak for those, but the molded hair ones actually have a lot more snout than the promo images let on More of a muzzle than g4s!
I filmed an unboxing of Crystal Adventures Sunny and Pipp a while back, and show them from different angles. I definitely don't find their faces flat ^^'
