I have both lobes stretched to 10mm but will be going up to 12mm soon. I've always fancied a pair of plugs with g4 Rarity's cutie mark on them. Actually, I'd love all the g4 main 6's cutie marks on plugs. I'd prefer acrylic tbh because I've always found those plugs more comfortable than stainless steel. And single flare plugs are much more comfortable.

I'd probably go to about £8-10 for a good pair:)

Out of curiosity, what sculpting material did you use for the tail?  Some sort of polymer?  Also, did you use tinfoil or similar to shape the tail before applying the clay?  I haven't done anything like this myself yet, but I've done some reading up on various techniques, so I'm just wondering. :)

I didn't use tin foil again because I could never get the shape right that way. The tail is actually solid as I used super sculpey to get the shape right, then did the fins and scales with apoxie sculpt. She's pretty heavy as a result but much more stable and the shape is much smoother. Will be doing it again.

it's good to see you back again! What a lovely custom to return with!

Thank you!:)

Abby the Hamster would decree it illegal for her bowl to be empty and for dogs to bark. She would also have me feeding her sunflower seeds constantly lol:)

This is my first custom in a while, I'm out of practise at painting. Her name is Athena and I'm really proud of her, she has the best tail that I've managed to sculpt so far.

She is for sale. I don't know what to price her at so make me an offer if you're interested. :)

Thanks for looking:)

Off Topic / Anyone here play Runescape?

I've just discovered this game.

Well, actually, I got into in a couple of months ago but this is the first it's occurred to me to mention it here. It's the most fun thing I've played online so far and was curious if anybody else plays it.

If so, my username is Naylastar there too so feel free to add me and message me:)

I have two G3 Minty's, one has faded hair and I think she actually looks better than the unfaded one.

I'm in Ayr in Scotland:) Just not in much of a position to be doing pony swaps just now. And I totally agree, shipping outside the UK is just getting out of hand:(

I posted a watch there that I sold on ebay and it got there safely within a few days. So no problems here.

Pony Corral / Re: What condition do you look for in your collection?
« on: April 03, 2013, 09:30:21 AM »
My ponies must be perfect or restorable to perfect or they don't make the collection. I'm very picky. Which is lucky really since I don't have room for every pony that passes through. I don't mind faded hair though. Half the time, faded looks better than original but that's just my opinion.

Less than perfect ponies are sold on to people who will appreciate them.

Bad condition ponies are custom bait. Except g1. I never buy g1 anyway but if I had one, I'd never customise it. Just too scared in case she is sought after. And I only customise g3's.

She has a wheel:) And a mineral/salt stone for her to nibble on. She has all the basic stuff she needs, plus tons of toys and a climbing frame :) She just doesn't seem interested in them. She does use her wheel, I just can't imaging that being too fun for her.

Off Topic / Re: do you have tattoos?
« on: March 21, 2013, 06:02:29 PM »
I'm not sure about tattoos. On one hand I love the concept and some of them look amazing. On the other hand, I usually don't like how they look on others. I've seen some beautiful ones though.

I want one but I don't know what to get. I'm scared of their permanency. I have decided where it's going to be though, If I ever get one. It would be wrapping round my waist/hips/back.
