Arena Member Jeanne? Still need a refund...

I've sent two PMS about it but no reply.
For a swap from her ecrater store I bought three ponies. One of them has a large ink stain on her leg, which was not mentioned or pictured in the description. I couldn't send it to my swap partner so it's just living with me.
I also ordered a Baby Pictures but when the package arrived he was missing with no reason why. Just a written note on the invoice for an $11 refund...which I've never gotten back.

That's Jeanne Delaney... :(  She's on my list but keep trying to get in contact with her.  Eventually you'll touch base.  If you paid with a credit card, you can fight for a refund that way.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with her. Maybe give her a couple more emails to answer but if still no response open a dispute with paypal (did you pay through paypal?)

I did finally receive my refund. I'm assuming because of this thread.
I thought for sure I checked the list but either I forgot and didn't or didn't check it properly.

I was just getting ready to post here and say that she was on this morning. So perhaps your right that she saw this thread. Either way I am happy to hear that you were refunded. I am sorry about your troubles though.  :hug:

I purchased from her too, over a month ago. She cut off all communications with me right after I sent the payment. I've already been waiting over a month for her to ship out the ponies to me. I opened a paypal claim. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

ETA: she just got in contact with me though email. I just responded to her, hoping this will be resolved soon :)

I'm happy to see she is resolving things :bigups:  She can be hard to contact but she does sort it out eventually. Its usually easier to contact her via email or ebay than through the Arena ;)

Just wanted to add here: I received my refund from my Paypal case. She hasn't contacted me again about this either. -_- I was really looking forward to getting those ponies.
