What counts as a "Star Dinger"?

Recently I've been getting lower than 5 stars on few of my sellings. I was wondering: What constitutes as a "Star Dinger"? Is it a person who leaves lower than 5 stars automatically? Or just 1 and 2 star ratings? Or repetitive 3 stars, 4 stars etc?

I think in my opinion a "Star Dinger" is all of the above that you mentioned.

Can I ask what categories you are getting dinged in?

I personally think Shipping and Handling seems to be the one that gets dinged the most for sellers. Since Ebay crams it down everyone's throat that shipping should be free. But until Ebay starts paying my shipping and handling costs I guess I will have to put up with less than a 5 Star rating in that department on occasion.

I think for most buyers a 4-star is still a good review! They don't get that everything has to be 5-star fab. according to ebay ;
