Ebay site problem

I don't know what is going on with ebay but for the past three days now I've been trying to report a non paying buyer. But everytime I try I keep getting this message:

We're making some updates and will be back soon.

Does anyone know how long this is going on for? Because for three days now I haven't been able to report this buyer.

Hmm..strange indeed.  I opened a NPB case this morning with no problems.

I checked there Announcements and got this:

 ***Scheduled Maintenance For This Week*** 
   
August 15, 2012 | 08:55AM PST/PT

The eBay system will be undergoing general maintenance from approximately 23:00 PT (11pm) on Thursday, August 16th to 01:00 PT (1am) on Friday, August 17th. During this maintenance period, certain eBay site features may be intermittently unavailable or slow.


But I wouldn't think they would still be undergoing maintenance because it was only through Friday.  It could just be something quirky going on due to whatever they did.  I would try again tomorrow morning and if it is still acting up, I would call ebay.

Have you tried clearing your cookies or using a different browser?

If your still having issues ebay support is usually helpful so you might want to give them a call in the morning.

Yay! Finally got to report the buyer...hate having non paying buyers but really hate not being able to open the claim up...stupid ebay!

That's weird...

Ah yeah Ebay has been going through some stuff lately. For the last 7 days I was getting free buyitnows. Straight up, free. I went crazy and listed a bunch of items. It kept me VERY busy.

It just ended though :-( They must have noticed the glitch. I still don't know if anyone else was getting free buyitnows.

But in any case, I also randomly had problems printing labels and some other issues. So hopefully these glitches phase out.
