The hightlights are neon pink and neon orange on the ears, I know the photos dont show that but it glows bright.

But Merry Treat have gotten some spots that worries be a bit

Could this be fungus? They are dark pink.

This dark pink is not fungus, it's plastic breakdown.  This is actually what regrind looks like with some G1 white ponies :)
Not contagious, just naturally aging ponies.  :)  Keep them in the best storage conditions you can.

Oh thank goodness.
I have been a bit worried due to the nanofishtanks that it might be more humid in my room.

Interesting... I've seen this before but always thought it was a  kid/teen with hi-lighter pens... an extremely bored one barely touching the pony... used to marvel that anyone could get that bored with an old herd so that they could find nothing else to do with a pen and the pony. Mystery solved. Sad that they deteriorate but I guess not as much as thinking of that.

This pony could be sunfaded. You might give that a try...

I could try it as soon as the sun comes back... around Valentine.. for 15 minutes. I think maybe wait until June

Same boat here, it's been dark winter in WI. I've been sunfading a UK baby lemon drop for 2 years, she's halfway there.
