I need to commission a flutter/fairy type pony

So my roommate's birthday is coming up and I have sort of gotten her stuck on ponies as of late. While I would love to get her an Elphaba pony with her dress from defying gravity...I know I can't afford that. So what I did have in mind was a fairy/flutter pony variation/remix of dancing butterflies. That seems to be her favorite pony at the moment.

Any takers? I would like to keep the price below 60.

I'll bet you could.  Can I see some pictures of this outfit? I am open for commissions I'm sure you will get many takers.  Do you want a dye, fbr, normal pony base?  What generation are you considering.  What sealant do you prefer?  If you do the flutter are you thinking transparency sheets or fantasy film?
