I got a old G1 tail I want to reused for a pony I'm making and I just want to give it a wash so I can wash it even with it's metal bar still on it?

You can wash it just fine. Just make sure that the metal doesn't get rusty!

Yep! I would just make sure to let it completely dry for a few days before putting it back in a pony to be on the safe side

Yes, but to be even safer (avoid future rusting) you can take off the metal washer and use two plastic zip ties to secure the tail!
