No the dye I bought wouldn't stick. I actually used 100 percent cranberry juice and boiled her in it!

Have you considered trying the Rit Dye More? It's supposed to work on more things including hard plastic.

I like the pink one too, it suits her with that nice pastel. And you can still easily see the glitter too.

she doesn't smell really like anything as far as i can tell. She smells very..clean. Very fresh, like those febreeze bottles where the scent is just "natural" or something. or an unscented candle. not anything like my g1s, who i think smell kind of like bath toys?

Luckily she is a unicorn so we could still use this mould :) I think it would be amazing to have an official arena pony that the members created and then having the custom designed by a member too. I personally would love to buy her. Just a little piece of the arena to take home with me and remind me of this amazing community.

Pearly Genie is lovely!She certainly is! There's only two known to exist. The pearly blue shown, will be offered on the mlp arena classified auctions in December ;)

I'm honestly not as impressed with Puppy Love as I was with Genie. Genie was great because it was something that couldn't be achieved just by painting an existing G1. I was hoping for a pegasus or earth pony of a similar color. Or maybe figuring out how to do the marbled plastic for the Fairy Brights. Tho the glow in the dark and thermal samples are impressive.

I've always loved its sort of burgundy and bold tone, so making a "prototype like" Genie was a natural thing to do. It works well! Yaaaay! My Genie arrived today in the UK, safe and well! :newpony:
My 4-year-old little girl grabbed her and started introducing her to the little herd of G1s that I let her play with - I had to explain the Genie was delicate etc but I still let her hold her gently as she said hello to her new friends! It was so cute to watch!
Genie's head rotates smoothly into inquisitive poses, I must get my camera out and set some scenes! :thumb:
She sure is a pretty one, I can't bring myself to customise her, so she's staying original! :biggrin:

We were told 1020.. but A lot of them were rejects. We sold nearly 100 or so as baits so people could customize them.
