G4 Breezies?

Just noticed that an upcoming episode title of G4 mentions Breezies.... Do you really think they will go that direction? Make new Breezie ponies like in G3?

It would be so awesome to have a new species introduced.  I hope they do.  I'm really wishing for something different in the show that will hopefully translate into a new line in the toys!

I am kinda hoping that's not it. I hated the G3 breezies. They were really poorly done and the name is stupid. If they do a good job, that would be a different story.

I think they would fit in nicely to the G4 art style and show lore. We've got parasprites, those tiny crystal ewes, baby dragons, lots of cute cuddly animal friends... and I think they could do some cool stuff with the Breezie wings following along from Rarity's gossamer and morning dew butterfly wings. I never watched the G3 show so I wouldn't have any idea how they were represented. The only thing I know is that they are heavily associated with flowers/blooming, were included in lots of vehicle playsets, and the styling salon. If they introduced a new land in Equestria with the Breezies, there's a possibility of more original characters, and more unique areas, perhaps translating into inventive toys and playsets. So I'm excited for that!

But I'm also worried about them being included with the G4 toyline, when the ponies are already so small. A Breezie was blind bag-sized compared to a G3, would they keep them the same size? Or would they just mold animal friend-sized accessory Breezies?

Agreed! I loved the idea of Breezies but they just didn't turn out like I'd imagined. If they revamp them for G4 then I'd love to give them a second shot!

i hope they look more like flutters or wingers... maybe even glimmer wings. ive never been a fan of pony antennae.  but i actually think it could look really cute. as long as they dont act or sound as silly.

I liked the idea of Breezies but the toys themselves were quite ugly. The faces were flat and un-pony like, and the fabric wings were kind of lame.

I think it's just a cute word that they're choosing to use. But time will tell, of course !

ETA: Oh wait, misremembered the episode title. "It Ain't Easy Being Breezies" ? Guess it could be, then.. I'd rather have seaponies, personally.

I really would enjoy it if the Breezie's came back, but only if thier designs and personalities were kept intact. I do know I'll miss Zipzee, Tiddlywink, and Tralala's interactions, that was some of the best of G4. My only worry is that if they were going to bring them back, wouldn't we have seen something with the toys or something?

I liked Breezies, antennae and all It'd be interesting if we had them or some other kind of 'faerie' pony in G4. Any kind of new pony types would be fine by me, though :p.
