That is the EAH Blondie Lockes doll! She is my absolute favorite doll right now. I am in LOVE with the EAH line (like seriously obsessed more than I've ever been over something).
Thanks for the compliment on her dress! Would you believe it was made of paper? We were doing a photo challenge on the MHArena for making clothing out of unconventional materials, and I chose scrapbook paper.

The first release Blondie has triangular bangs (They are rooted from the middle of her head and come forward). The second release Blondie has curly-fronted row bangs (They are rooted along the front line and make a dramatic curl)

She is! I think most stores have her. The second release (I'm nicknaming her 2.0) just came our in the states. My Target just got her in 3 weeks ago.

There is a market for the nude dolls, but I have an extra Cupid dress somewhere in this house. (I bought an extra Cupid from which I made a custom, and I don't need the dress) I'll look for it and post back here when I find it.
I checked Wal-Mart today and no first edition Blondies :( They had two second editions. I'm gonna check Target and Toys R Us to see if I can find her. I saw one Cerise, one Maddie, no Cupids. I discovered these dolls in September 2013 by accident and loved them ever since! But sadly my nieces are too big for dolls so I guess I will have to collect them myself instead! :lol: I bought Madeline Hatter Core Rebel Figure last year for my niece's 10th birthday because she was a major MH fan, so I figured Ever After High would be a good fit. Although she didn't like Madeline Hatter as much as her MH dolls even after I told her they're basically the same. At least Hatter is in near mint condition for when her little sister is old enough to play dolls. ^.^
Anyways, I've been googling like crazy this morning to try and find out how many Ever After High dolls there is. I'm planning on collecting the ones I find interesting/pretty and I wanna try to collect from the same series. At the moment I'm liking the Legacy series and naturally the Core series.

Nope, Cerise Wolf was exclusive to the comic con. Cerise Hood is basically the same character, but she is much more readily available. (And she's gorgeous too! :dribble: )

It won't come out with regular shampoo/conditioning. Any ideas?

Ugh...regretting not getting the BOGO SU Cerise and Cedar now. I knew I would, but what I didn't know was that I was just starting on a severe anxiety attack (hit the next day) and I'd just lost all interest in everything. Stupid lack of proper brain chemical balance. I feel like this isn't up to Mattel's standard they set with their other sig dolls. I mean, most of these ladies have SO much detail in them and here it's almost 'Getting Fairest', like this is what she sleeps in. I adore her face so much that I forgive them for the other oversights.

Are the books any good? I saw them at Books a Million today but wasn't sure about them. Are they too kiddy or are they a good read?I found them enjoyable. There are a few pop culture references that made me eyeroll a little but the stories are interesting. They give some cool insights into the characters. If you watch the webisodes there is definitely more depth and a little more darkness/maturity compared to those. Still for juvenile readers though.

Shenanigans, did you check the clearance toys isle and the EAH doll isle? Check both! Also I found my O'Hair girls shoved behind other toys- i saw the bookmark sticking out behind some boy toys and thought it was actually a Briar! Check again, try not to look too fast! Try any other Targets too!
$34 for LD dolls!? Sounds like something was put in the wrong spot! The twin packs are usually $34 and the LD dolls are $24 at mine.

Shenanigans- my Targets have pretty much two isles all to themselves of just clearance toys! There were also some endcaps of clearance stuff, but they stuck the clearance toys where I founf my dolls where the sporting goods/summer toys usually are. Keep checking, dont give up! Check every isle and endcap in the whole store! xD

Thanks Flitter and Salli! It is SO hard not to buy everything :drunk: This doll line is just everything I love darn it! :P And you will probably have to get HT Cedar, Lizzie and Dex online. They haven't shown up for tons of people though I'd like to know what areas of the US got them. Were those three ever found internationally?

I have been looking at these dolls, since they look like they are fully posable, so my question is; are they fully posable ?
Do they fit clothes with any other types of dolls, like Barbie, Bratz etc. ?
Can you get loose clothes for them ?
Can thier hats and other acessories be removed without damaging the doll ?
What kind of shoes fit them, could someone maybe post a closeup of thier feet ?

At my target they had 18 cupid dolls! Some getting fairest and I was surprised to even see some of the Spring Unsprung line so I grabbed Cerise, they had the Ashlynn Hunter pack on sale for 11.99 too
I bought my first EAH dolls today! Found the Hunter/Ashlynn set at Toys R Us for $17.99 and bought it just because I really like Hunter. I have always just wanted to display him with my Monster High dolls as a "normie." I will be selling Ashlynn, I am not a fan unfortunately.
However! I went to T.J. Maxx and found Signature Cerise Hood on clearance for $12. I really, really like her! :) Too bad her eyes are a little wonky. I'll probably end up stealing her outfit and selling the doll and then just keep an eye out for one with a better face-up someday. I've also decided I need Kitty Cheshire and Ginger Breadhouse... possibly Duchess Swan too - love her fierce face!

OH! An online "Very Merry Unbirthday" Tea Party for the dolls, since not all of them would have been made on that exact date! Everyone could take pictures with a teacup or mug or cakes and stuff and post them on a thread devoted to the party!!

That's an awesome deal :frolic: I didn't care for her striking yellow hair at first either, but it grew on me. They probably didn't want her to have a more natural hair color because it might look too close to Apple.
Does anyone else love the different colored streaks in their hair? That's one of my favorite things about Hat-Tastic and I love Briar's teal streak in Spring Unsprung! She's just a gorgeous doll all the way around. I'm so torn about getting her because I'm still deciding if I like the outfits or not :P
My local WalMart, I think, mispriced the Legacy Day dolls and I got mine toady for $10.00 each!! I'll be going back for more, so if anyone wants one at a discount price, just get hold of me :) Right now they only have Raven, but they should get new stock in soon...hopefully they don't catch on before I can get more!!

My Target FINALLY stocked some new dolls! I scored the SU Lizzie playset!! :D

Ringlets, I know someone is 'in' with Mattel on the MHA but truthfully they read their emails from anyone. I've gotten some really nice responses to my (nicely-worded) complaints about Lizzie from actual humans. I know Kitty's lack of arm warmers was an error. She was supposed to come with them. She was supposed to be released in December but they held her back to fix them AND THEN DIDN'T FIX THEM :facepalm: . So far it looks like the new releases will have a lot of detail but the re-releases will have minimal detail. I'd be okay with this if LIZZIE HAD EVER BEEN RELEASED. Most people have never seen her in a store. Anyway, it seems like they may be cheaper than the original release one.
Random note: I am so dying for Rosabella.

I finally picked up Sig Raven the other day; managed to get one of the ones with the faded eyebrows too. I have one of the Maddies like that as well; the other two sigs are the other variation (I don't know which are which, haha, just that they are different).
Now I just need Dexter, Cedar, Duchess, Kitty, Ginger...and then the new five that haven't come out yet! My Walmart's shelves are almost entirely bare...it would be nice when they restocked if they restocked with some of the newer sig dolls :P

Woot! Woot! I found the Spring Unsprung girls at Wal-Mart! They must have just hit the shelves. I actually saw a little girl walking away with the only SU Holly in her hands. I have to confess, I had to greatly restrain myself from chasing after her down, yanking the box from her hands and running like a maniac to the nearest register. But I... uhh... already had the other three dollies in my arms. Not sure I could have managed a hit and run while juggling all of those boxes! :haha:
But on a super happy note, I also found one sig KITTY! And she has the most incredibly lovely soft, unsticky hair ever...she's just gorgeous and I absolutely adore how she looks next to my original Lizzie. If you have the chance to snag an old style Liz or a sig Kitty I highly recommend it!!

- Cedar no longer has a sheer gloss on her lips. She is missing her ring, bracelet and earrings. Her socks are missing the loose ribbons, and are a coarser weave. Her shoes are unpainted.
- Dexter is missing his scarf, backpack, lapel pin and belt loop charm/chain. His jacket sleeves are uncuffed.
- Lizzie is missing her ring. Her shoes, crown, neck ruff, and purse are unpainted.
- Holly & Poppy are still in a 2-pack and appear unchanged from their original release.
- These re-releases use the new box style ("book spine" facing forward).
Hmm, so those budget dolls are the ones I've seen at the targets that are closing here. I noticed the new boxes more than anything. I was confused because they are not actually any cheaper =/ At least that would make sense to me. I just can't imagine Maddie without her curls!

When I finishe the pony swaps I'm in I may see if anyone wants to do a private EAH-theme pony swap. I can't think of a doll that wouldn't translate into a cute pony.
dashesndots- As far as I know, only the prototype had arm warmers. I think Kitty and Duchess were delayed because of the arm warmer issue but they just never bothered to correct it (and considering all the sigs are going budget, I'm not very surprised).

I will soon have 36 (MB Ashlynn came in yesterday and I'm picking up MB Apple today) And it will be 37 once I get my hands on Just Sweet Blondie! XD I think I have all the sigs except for Ginger and Kitty and I haven't seen them yet. Stores here are SO slow! My favorite dolls are HT and TC so I had to have every doll in each set :lol: Well, except TC Briar because I'm not real fond of her and I didn't want to buy the playset :P
I finished reading the books and my favorite one was Next Top Villain. It actually made me really like Duchess! She's not as mean as she is in the webisodes. I think she's grouchy because she doesn't get a happily ever after :P (BTW, does anyone know the real story of Swan Lake? What happens to her in the end?) I feel sorry for her when she honks when she laughs around her crush :P And I thought it was neat to know that Lizzie paints the heart around her eye. I always thought of it as a birthmark. The books get into each character pretty well :)

Oh, as per the release date. Not sure when they'll be in stores or if this date is accurate but Amazon has a shipping date for Bunny and the new dolls as April 23rd through May 8 if you choose standard shipping. Oh I hope that's right because I think I will be all caught up by then.

As much as it sucks these are made for kids. My friend wouldn't even let her daughter open them without taking the ring and braclet off first. So maybe they have had some parents complain about those super small accessories.

After having finally unboxed my new dolls this past weekend, I think she's one of my new faves too! She's just so pretty!
I have been watching Dexter on Amazon and his price doesn't seem to be dropping back down - still at like $34... My Walmart must have finally restocked last weekend as I found a budget sig Cedar and Spring Unsprung dolls but none of the other newer sigs.
I had thought of this too. Even if your kid is old enough to not choke on things, there's zero chance these wouldn't have ended up in the vacuum if I was a kid with these dolls. My solution: make the bracelets a teensy bit bigger. The rings can't really be helped. But they look so naked/cheap with no arm accessories. Hopefully, Rayedelsol and her 3D printer will save us all.

This is only wishful thinking, but I'm hoping the playsets are delayed because there is an Ashlynn for the Glass Slipper in the works to match Just Sweet Blondie (and to some extent GF Apple and Raven to their playsets); I mean Blondie came out of no where, so it can happen with Ash, right? JS Blondie is one of my favourites so I'd really like to see more single releases like her.

Have Mattell enlarged the eyes / changed the face mold a bit? The newer dolls look so pretty compared to the first wave ones - I loved the clothes but the round heads reallly put me off.

I have a theory that they'll be releasing a line of dolls with their pets. Its just my theory and nothing more though. I figure since they really put a lot of emphasis on the pets and they'll be releasing the pets' mini-stories in Decemeber that maybe... just maybe... they'll release a line with the pets.

At peace with the world around me, I stared at my reflection in the water. The new ‘me’ looked back. My, how fierce my hair was. My, how sharp my teeth were. Dad clenched his teeth in a silent growl. Mom looked down at her feet, as tears dropped from the depths of her hood.
The headmaster coldly looked to my parents, “Let’s start with you two. Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf are ENEMIES!” Headmaster Grimm slammed his fist on his desk. “You two know the consequences.” The headmaster’s large magic mirror started glowing with powerful magic.
My parents looked at me with despair in their eyes. As they began glowing, I realized what was happening, “Mom! Dad!” The legends were true! When fairytales break from destiny, they vanish, along with their story. I turned to Headmaster Grimm, “Don’t do this! This was my choice!” but it was too late. In a bright FLASH, my parents were no longer there.
Headmaster Grimm turned his cold stare to me, “I warned you all. Choice is dangerous. Your parents made a choice. You made a choice. And now… well…”
I looked at my hands. Rather, I looked through my hands. Was I… No! “But… I don’t understand. Raven didn’t disappear when she broke from her destiny.”
Headmaster Grimm slightly smirked, “Ms. Queen’s final choice has yet to be decided. You will be an example for her and anyone else who dares to rewrite their stories. Goodbye, Ms. Hood. Or should I say, goodbye, Ms. Wolf?” His lip snarled as he spit out his final words, “I hope it was worth it.”
My hands faded to an outline. I opened my mouth, but no words came out. The world shook… And shook… still shaking… wait, someone was shaking me. My eyes flew open. I was in the forest. My hands were whole again. A wide-eyed Raven held me by my shoulders, “Cerise! You’re up!”
My head felt foggy, “Raven? What happened?”
Maddie popped out from behind Raven grinning widely, “You fell into some Nightmare Fog. Good thing I was collecting gremlin root for a new tea recipe. Otherwise you might still be lost in your dream.”
My head began to clear. Things started making sense. Nightmare Fog traps you inside your greatest fear. Mine was what would happen if anyone discovered my family secret. But was it a dream? It just felt so real.
Then I looked into Raven’s kind eyes. She’s known my secret for a while, and nothing’s happened. Are the legends a lie? Can I dare to hope? I remembered the happy part of my dream. The way everyone spellebrated when I revealed my family secret. I looked at Raven, who was brave enough to flip the script and discover her own Happily Ever After. I looked at Maddie, who always supported Raven’s decision.
It was time to stop hiding from the people who cared about me. Most of all, it was time to stop hiding from myself. Sharing a knowing smile with Raven and Maddie, I felt maybe it was time to finally let another friend know my secret.
Shenaningans - I'll split with you I'm trying to not get too many EAH dolls as I'm just using the to get the outfits for my EQGs. :D

There has been some discussion about this on the EAH thread of the MHArena. In Rosabella's diary it mentions something about it. Basically in the Beauty and the Beast story a narcissitic prince gets cursed to be a beast. Who do we know that fits that description? ;) Someone had said that Dexter may have been slated to be the beast but I don't remember reading that anywhere. Also, in the story, Belle isn't a princess 'til she marries Beast. Rosabella is a princess. Whenever I start getting too technical with this series I get a headache. So many plot holes.

With my recent Amazon order I was naughty and picked up Ginger, Darling, Rosabella and Bunny. They all look pretty nice, although Bunny's eyes are horrible wonky :huh: And I have SDCC Raven coming... :blush:

I wonder it that's a hint...the ones who have painted legs may be the dragon riders, and taking them on and off the dragon would catch the fabric the nylons are made of (aside from Poppy and Cerise.

the doll is actually much prettier in person and theres a message from her mom on the other side of the front pic of her that's really interesting if you're into the EAH storyline as well as the dolls. I didn't like the idea of raven being evil but she actually isn't- it just shows you what she would look like if she followed that path ;)

SU Kitty was also released in the UK in Asda stores as an exclusive (Asda belongs to Walmart who released her in the US). I don't know about mainland Europe. You can still get her online at Asda George (and also Bentzen toys online have her) here in the UK but she is full price even now and UK prices are... :faint:

I just wanna brag about my mom for a minute. She surprised me with Rosabella Beauty today. I didn't even know she was really listen when I told her which one I was looking for. She normally isn't into my doll collecting. I have to say that Roseabella is one of my favorite dolls from the EAH line to date. That face. ❤️

Unfortunately her name is "Meeshell mermaid" ( :facepalm: the original L'Mer for her last name was better ) but the doll is quite cute with not quite red but more like coral colored hair. The other dolls are Jillian Beanstalk and Nina Thumbell (pics also released) - but I don't know an actual doll release date yet.

Hey, Ray, do you still have the shield and sword for Darling for sale? :) Darling has become one of my favorite characters and I just opened my DG one. She needs a sword and shield!I'll try to get some more printed. That printer got some "upgrades" shortly after we moved and has had a really rough time printing clean swords.
Did anyone get any dolls for Christmas? I got all three Fairest on Ice dolls and DG Darling :DI got dolly spoiled for Christmas! For EAH, I got the Forest Pixies, Heartstruck Cupid, Courtly Jester, and Sugar Coated Maddie. (I also got two Barbies, a Pullip, and lots of clothes/accessories for my Smart Doll)
Poppy will be a Walmart exclusive :shakefist: I hope they fix distribution because I never even saw Haunted Rochelle, I had to buy her from Mexico!! :pullhair:Hmmm I wonder if Raye knows the new doll release dates? Also I'd love to know when DG Poppy is released :awake:

Beyond that, it will be a drought until June-ish. We've seen everything for Spring 2016. His dates for the Fall 2016 lines claim June, but they always release a little earlier than that.

I HATE Wal-Mart distributions. I never save Haunted Rochelle and only ONE of the Wal-Marts in our area ever got The WTW Kitty and the Fairest on Ice dolls. UGH!

I don't like Kitty being purple but it doesn't bother me on Faybelle for some reason.
As for way Daring is with Rosabella there is speculation that Daring is suppose to be the next beast. So it would make since to put them together.
Strangely enough, both the girls I've committed myself to buying every version of (Kitty and Faybelle) are unnaturally coloured skintoned girls. I love Faybelle's kind of frosty looks. I don't mind it at all but then again I am an EQG collector mainly ^^; In fact, I prefer the rich colours of the EQG dolls to the somewhat muted colours of their movie counterparts (Celestia in the movies has regular human coloured skin???)

I didn't like Kitty's purple skin either. My Walmart that usually doesn't have much had Spring Unsprung Kitty, Way to Wonderland Kitty, and the Fairest on Ice dolls.

I'm a little harsh with mine when I pop the head off because I am fearless, but you can always heat the head with a heating blanket, hair dryer, or other short burst of heat to soften the plastic.
Last time I checked our Walmart almost all the EAH had disappeared. They only had a tiny, tiny spot on the shelf :(A lot of my Walmart s are doing a reset of the toy section. Fingers crossed for a better EAH area. All the best dolls were always on the top shelf.

I agree! love that green on one, and the blue on goldi! I have a few I"m planning faceups for...now I want to reroot too...how much hair did it take? (I've done a bratzillaz rehair and it was so many hanks...lol)
I know how you feel, Ashlynn is my favorite so I will probably get the budget one just cause I have to have all things Ashlynn XD Wouldn't you know there were 7 Apples and 6 Ravens at Wal-Mart but no Ashlynns :P Maybe I can get creative with the budget dolls and have an EAH birthday cake :biggrin:
Glad you're getting SU Kitty! I saw her in stores when she first came out and she disappeared after that. I was surprised to find her in the store the other day (about 4 of them) because I didn't think they were stocking her anymore. Does Kitty make your Spring Unsprung collection complete?

I unboxed her today. oh boy! I remember Raye mentioning in her review that this girl has bad hair, but, well, I never thought it can be this bad :shocked: the thinness is something I could live with, but the haircut looks like the result of a little girl's first encounter with a pair of scissors, straight out of the box! >_< this is an easy fix though thankfully, and I'm sure she will look cute with a somewhat shorter hairstyle, but the thing I really, really dislike is that her bangs are completely yellow, while the rest of the hair (at least the full front) is all blonde. different-coloured bangs can look good, but I guess the difference has to be more distinct. like this, it's just... eww. I will have to add some extra plugs of yellow - didn't expect this much work before I can fully enjoy her *sigh*

I'm sorry if this has already come up before, I didn't have time to read all the way back: is her head really somewhat smaller, or am I imagining things? I didn't yet get to actually try to measure her head and compare it to that of an older version of her, but I swear it is smaller :blink:
The new dolls from Epic Winter (with the exception of EW Rosabella and Crystal Winter) , the last 3 sig dolls (Jillian, Meeshell, Nina) and all dolls released later than that have smaller heads, quite a bit smaller than the original EAH. And smiles, they all have big smiles now.ah, thanks for confirming the size Ringlets! :)
They are much cuter than I thought they would be but they look much younger to me now too. Still prefer the original ones but I like the new ones too :awake:
