Why is my hip hurting whenever I move it! I didn’t even do anything...

Maybe you layed down on it weird last night?

It was hurting last night so I could have made it worse when I was asleep. It might actually be dislocated, usually my hips just sublux. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome so my joints pop out of place quite frequently, or they just hurt. I’ve tried everything I usually do to push it back in place but it’s not budging :/ Might actually have to go to the doctor for this one.

Got deadlines to meet and images are rendering much too slow and I don’t know why. And my blind pet goldfish is behaving oddly (it’s swimming and behaving normal, but it’s upside down.) and the looming pressure of Christmas and gift giving. Been having crazy deja vu lately too, so I have no idea what’s happening anymore.  And on top of that I’ve been having nightmares the last two days.

Can I just go into hibernation now? The bears had the right idea! 

I had a goldfish who did that. We determined in the end she had epilepsy...she used to have random seizures where she'd jump and then swim backwards and upside down and then she'd be fine again afterwards.
Although if yours is doing it all the time it may be a swim bladder infection.

My complaint...for some reason my firestick decided to have a spasm and reset itself to factory basics this evening. I wouldn't mind but I was trying to show Mum how firesticks work and that it isn't scary.

Sigh.

Also, our government are morons.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone I just got home from urgent care where they did an x ray. Nothing was abnormal, so they just told me to ice it. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow.

I've been a night owl all my life but for some weird reason when I moved into my own place I started getting up early. Now I get up early and go to bed early. I mean early, like I'm ready for bed at 7pm. I want to stop this because I'm not wired for daytime activities. All my life I would get a burst of energy and feel better physically and emotionally at night.

I've been making coffee at 7pm and forcing myself to stay up until at least 1am. Then if I can sleep until 10-12, that'd be more normal for me. I've also always need more than 8 hours to really feel refreshed after sleep. I don't have a job or any on-time responsibilities other than feeding my cat... and trust me, she wouldn't let me miss breakfast So there's no reason NOT to stay up and sleep in.

Today I got up at 9. I tried going back to sleep but I couldn't and now it's 7:30 and I'm super tired. It's frustrating to look at the time. What am I? 80 years old?

My laptop has bricked itself in the few minutes it took me to go downstairs and hoover the living room. I'm trying some methods on the HP website to fix it, but to be honest, given the sheer amount of bother I've had with it, I am questioning whether it's even worth trying to save it. Apparently there's no hard drive installed...

It looks like that is what's happened, as I reseated the hard drive and when the laptop detected it, it mentioned that the drive had failed. I also heard some clicking noises which are never good. :/ Some of my files are backed up on USB sticks but I've definitely learned my lesson and will be a lot more thorough with backing things up in future!

I ordered some movies from a sale on one website and today another website had every single DVD I ordered on sale for at least $1 cheaper.  It's like they got my cart from the other site and then put them all on sale.  So annoying!

When your bulb dies, you put a new (energy saver) bulb in & within an hour it's dead too... (today, me)
