So... Glory's the wrong color. Lickety Split is the wrong color. They are single sided. And are going to cost $15? It's going to be a toss up as to how much I support this line. I may buy them. But obviously I'm going to need to customize them to fix their colors and symbols. And they have excluded Moondancer, who is my favorite. But that may be for the best, since they can't seem to get the colors right.
I guess for the most part, I like them.

I *think* the babies could be painted over if you used enamel. I don't think acrylic would work as well because of the nature of porcelain. I do love the ponies though and would probably get them if I ever saw them for sale at Hallmark or someplace.

I have her, the US version. Her hair isn't as nice as yours. But I have her damsel hat as well. And her wand and I think her bushwoolie. But not her comb. I don't think. I need to go look at my check list. But yes, I've always loved the princess ponies. because JEWELED SYMBOLS!

I have a toddler now, So I'm really into taking her out and watching her experience Halloween now. I'm sewing her costume this year and everything (fingers crossed).

So I was looking at when I first joined the arena and getting back into ponies and it got me to being all nostalgic. I was wondering if anyone else does this? What got you into or back into ponies? Do you remember? Who helped suck you back in, as it were? Or did you just stumble upon ponies on accident and get hooked?
I was brought back into the pony community by Chibi Skittles. I don't know if she's still active anymore. I know I haven't been super active recently. But anyway, she introduced me to the Arena because I was looking for someone to restore the glitter symbols on my G1 unicorns. She told me that one of those crazy people called "customizers" might be able to help. Little did I know that one day I would be one.
From there I met K Cherry Ka who did end up restoring my ponies for me, back before I knew how to do such things on my own.
I then was introduced to Cards4Me who it turns out, I went to church with her mom. And from her, I bought my first G3's. And got totally hooked.
Does anyone else have any stories or memories like that? Or am I the only person who goes through occasional nostalgia trips down memory lane?

I have a thing for Moondancer. But somehow Parasol and Sunlight are attracted to me in a bad way. I'm finally getting over my guilt and trying to list my extras on my etsy account. But it's so hard to do. Especially when shy pose ponies look at you with those sad eyes.

I use Synthetic hair if it's good quality and the right color. It's no different than using nylon.
