I knew it was bound to happen any day at this point, but it still feels kind of sad.

I really thought she didn't die. But I was wrong.  Today people at my school were talking about this. I feel strange thinking about this.

I knew I'd eventually read about this, but it's still so strange to see in the headlines. RIP

RIP
I've never really cared about these royal things, but Queen Elizabeth's death made me sad. Another thing I still feel a little sad about (especially when I see the news or documentaries) is the death of Princess Diana.

In addition to sadness, this feels somehow strange and unbelievable, but that's how death always feels. You never get used to it, even though it's a natural thing.  :wonder:  :(

Sad loss indeed for the UK & the world. Elizabeth was a tough cookie, & one of the good ones. She will be missed so much xxx

She seemed like such a lovely person. And such a snappy dresser! Love those hats.

I just learn today and  I honestly not suprise due to sadly nothing last forever as we hope and why important to treasure each day....   I heard rumors Elizabeth battle covid and other health issues... This Woman strong person and rise up all odds when other her age would possible crumble and able have peaceful death that not drag out...
I do one day wanted to visit England my grandmother home country... My heart does go out to whole England reign and royal family to how England lost a rare treasure a woman who monument mostly never broken...    :wail:

Rather disheartened at some of the comments I've seen about her recently tbh. Not going to mention the exact content of them, but they were unpleasant to put it mildly xxx
I mean, she wasn't perfect; nobody is. We do have to remember she was a product of her time, & did the best she could in the position she was in, which was extremely high-pressured from the get-go. You just have to look at the interview with Prince Harry to see how hard it is being born into the Royal Family...
