You know the one. The one you've thought, "I'd like to have her (or him)..." but you never quite got around to it. Something distracted you. It slipped through your fingers. You forgot to bid. You know the drill. Who is she (or he?)
For me, the "pony I've been meaning to get" that I finally got is Denim Blue. I know, right? I just never quite got around to her, but now that I have her, I just love her.
The one that still keeps evading me is Baby Mischief. A bit harder to find, yes, but hardly "grail" material. Maybe I'm just waiting to get a really good deal?

Medley. Don't know why I haven't bought her yet. I like her a lot, but somehow I never wantt to spend money on her.

Wow... never even heard of that! You've got me intrigued.
Speaking of which, I'd love to get my greedy paws on a Mexican "prince" pony but I can never justify the price.

Raspberry Jam. I *do* want her but she doesn't turn up quite that often and when she does, I'm not in the mood (or don't have the money) to buy her.

Believe it or not - Peachy.
I do have one but she has a big mold spot in he middle of her face that I just can't seem to shift. I've been thinking I'll just get a better one since she's so common but just never quite get around to it.
Aside from that, probably movie version Firefly. I see her pop up a lot and always think about getting her... but there always seems to be something else I want first or it's not quite the right time at the moment I see her.

For me its locket :) she has been on the list for ages, but when I do see one with nice hair I always miss out for one reason or another.

suprise and long haired melody.. I keep forgetting that I want them, they were childhood ponies that I want to replace but I really love uk ponies so get carried away buying them hence forgetting these to girls

Mine is NBBE Baby Ribbon. I can never find one for the right price. I have been searching since early 2000.
Also MM Windy, but I recently got her so she can be checked off the list!
The other is that darn White MGR pony. I never seem to get her, but she is on my want list!

Love Melody. I want one with her hair still pink and whenever she's out I have no money. Never fails. When I have the money there are plenty out but all with faded pink.

Baby Katie and Baby Susie. My Billie feels so alone but somehow I always end up buying something else although I really wanna own these girls...

um that would have to be Hushabye and Sea Sparkle Foamy and Misty Loose - I have the MOC so I've never really search hard to get them loose....
Actually I just looked at my Want list and if I don't include the Mail Orders - there are only Six! Ponies on it!!!

Mimic. I can never quite afford her because she isn't part of my collections and I have strict collecting rules. She is one that I am desperate to buy though. <3 xxx

MOC G1s. Whenever they come up I JUST seem to have spent all my money on something else pricey :D

Gusty. I don't know why I haven't purchased her yet, since she was a childhood fave and still is one of my favourites. I guess because I rarely purchase items online I haven't gotten around to it. Ugh, now I REALLY want to get her!

From pretty much the first day I started collecting, I told myself I wanted Gusty.
Years later, I still haven't got her. xD I guess it's a combination of time & money.
There's a couple on ebay right now, but I think I'll wait til I find an SS version...

Same here! Also the case with Rainbow Flash. I bought the Daisy Dreams/Fluttershy 2pack from someone from Mexico, but it was rather expensive! His quote for the carriage and two pack (+ shipping) is 50 USD :yikes:

I keep meaning to buy an upgrade of Flower Bouquet, but I just keep forgetting. She's one of my favourite ponies and everything, and I'd like to have a minty version to go with my baity one (my first eBay pony purchase), but I just haven't got around to it yet.
Oh well, I kinda like my one with the the faded hair and eye scrapes, some day she'll get a minty sister :-)

Sundance, lol! Just the regular one. Mine has some staining and a hair trim. Everyone talks about how common she is, and that everyone seems to get 3 or 4, but I can't seem to find a really nice one =P
My other one is NBBE baby Gusty. She's my last NBBE baby, but I can never find her NM.

I especially need Ringlet, but I keep sorta letting it slip, and whenever I AM determined to get her, she's usually way too much.

Tickle. She's not a #1, top of the list, grail, but I like her. But every time I see one (I'm not actively looking, so she sometimes just shows up in a random search) she's not in very nice condition. I'm not a fussy collector, but her symbols are so lovely, and I don't want them faded or messed up or unglittery or "rusty" if she ever falls into my hands. :cool:

This is really recent, but the Shine Bright Luna. I never wanted to buy the entire castle set at full price, and when it went on a massive sale I missed out. And I can't make myself pay ebay prices for an FiM pony thats fairly new, lol.

G3 Fluttershy springs to mind. Since I'm new to collecting the G1s, I feel like none of them really qualify yet?? I have been wanting to get Bubbles for a looooooong time, though.
