Since this is up, I will add my two cents.

I recently got out of a disastrous transaction with aniko. She agreed to sell me a SA Applejack, then kept trying to change the terms of the deal once I'd already sent her $1000. (Kept trying to insist we do a partial trade instead, etc.) She also kept sending me private messages that were sent to her from another arena member--applejack's original owner didn't want aniko to sell her, so aniko was trying to guilt me into not telling anyone I had bought Applejack.

When I told her I was uncomfortable with the sale and that I wanted to cancel and get my $1000 back (no way I was sending her more money with how flip-flopy she was being!) she insisted on sending me Applejack in the mail, instead. I was still planning to honor our agreement and pay the rest once Applejack arrived...but then aniko messaged me AGAIN, saying that she had "changed her mind" and wanted Applejack back after all. I held onto the pony until I got my refund, then sent the pony back to her.

I alerted the mods about this, and I know others have spoken to the mods about her too. But nothing has been done, as she is still here actively scamming people. I don't understand why she has been allowed to stay here.

Thank you so much for reading my article and I'm so glad it was able to re-ignite your passion for collecting! Ponies have absolutely changed my life for the better. I know I focus a lot on my husband in the article, but I mainly wanted to write it to contrast with all the negative collecting articles and T.V. shows that are out there in abundance...from My Strange Addiction to Hoarders, to articles about how an obsessive collecting habit ruined someone's life.

I wanted to show that there IS a healthy way to collect something, and that fandom can be wonderful and positive!

I just published a personal essay on Narratively, one of my dream publications that I've been trying to publish with forever! The editor loved my pitch about My Little Pony and the essay went live today!

My favorite thing about it is that they sent a professional photographer to take pics of me and my collection. I've been writing a long time, but have never had my photo taken for an article before! So I finally have TEN piggies! Two are MOC, and all are in really lovely condition (I'm pretty piggy-picky! ) 

Yesterday I finally got some PIGGY PONYWEAR plus a lovely piggy Lemondrop!   My very favorite thing about piggy ponywear is the TEENSY LITTLE PIGGY SHOES which only fit piggy feet!   The only piggy ponywear outfit I don't have is one that comes without shoes, so I don't care for it so much 

Thanks to the fabulous Shira for selling me almost all my piggies and the ponywear too! Lemondrop is so happy in her new home! Just LOOK AT HER LIL SKATES YOU GUYS! She actually ROLLS AROUND. I can ROLL HER ACROSS THE TABLE. I'M FREAKING OUT.

I recently sold a blister set like this for $70, but mine was in poor condition. Yours would probably be worth around $90-$100 each.

I would love to see Kuru as well. Who knows, with all the things that have been turning up recently, maybe she and Ami will show their pretty heads again soon.
