Here in The Netherlands we celebrate a holiday on December 5 for children called Sinterklaas. Every year around this time the big toys stores are giving out a bigger and thicker catalogue with all the new toys. And I was eagerly looking forward to this years catalogue of the storechain Intertoys for the My Little Pony section....
But I'm sad to see that there is only ONE page with ponies!!! And in my point of view very expensive and nothing really *new*.... There are not even ECG Dolls!!! Not even Monster High!! Only half a page of Fantasy Fillies.....

Does this mean that the end for G4 is near????? (Prices in the picture are in Euro's!)

One page with older releases is not new. It was bad last year too  The Dutch marketing might just be lacking..?  But no MH at all is kinda sad

I was thinking after I posted this...maybe they haven't the newest things/pictures yet because the most marketing is for the Christmas season....and our catalogues come out a little to early???
But no MH is...just very..very odd!!!
And the pony for 5 euro I bought yesterday at Action for 3.50 euro!

And why they are calling Rarity's Boutique BOOKTIQUE??? It isn't a library or something??? It is Rarity's workplace and I thought she was the pony who made all the ponies clothes and such.....or am I wrong?

The 'booktique' isn't a typo. The playset has cardboard backgrounds that you can flip like the pages of a book.

Its just that our marketing is just *** we were stuck with wave 9/10 for 1-2 years! We are just at 12. We dont have the FIM Collection. They import way too much of the same thing nobody wants so there are lots of leftovers and everything is waaay too expensive.

Yup.

It's just meant to be a play on the word boutique because of the type of play set it is, not a typo.

Also, we know for sure that there are new pony toys coming out. I hardly doubt this means the end of G4, just crappy marketing and distribution in your country, maybe.

That is disappointing. Not a whole lot to be excited about there. The Rarity play set actually looks kind of cool, but the price seems high for what it is. The Filly watering can play set, though, that's adorable.

Don't forget that manufacturing is slowing down a great deal, so there might not be a lot of new things to buy in the coming months...

Is there anything about Pet Parade, Zelfs, or Little Live Pets? Mostly Pet Parade because it seems to be a Europe only line so far. What is taking up the most pages anyways if not MH?

That doesn't seem very exciting at all for it to be a Christmas ad...but I don't think it means G4 is coming to an end. Your country seems to just not be importing as much as might be desired/expected.

There is a place here that sends out a holiday catalog for toys (I think it's for Military families though) and from what I remember last time I seen it, there was slim pickings for pony items..

This is kind of the reason why around this time of year I look for fakies
