Sadly I don't think that's an error :/ As nice as the new TY plushes are, the wings are coming out of their lower backs/butts rather than their shoulders  -_-

I noticed this too.  At our local grocery they had a bunch of the new plush and they had butt wings like that.  Fluttershy's eyes were also waaaaaaaaaaaay down toward her nose.  It looked really really strange.  They were all like that too.  I like the previous release so much better.

The colours and faces are so much nicer on the new ones (Twilight is finally lilac instead of dark purple!), but yeah...the butt wings are a huuuge deal-breaker for me :/ I don't get it - they don't look right at all! I hope there will be a third release that fixes it and keeps the new colours...

**headdesk.** One wonders why a huge company like Ty can't easily get it right. That is just brain-breakingly bad. I'm embarrassed for them to even try to sell plushies that look like that.
