Single brushables in bags at Target!?

Found these in the impulse zone at Target checkout. Couldn't believe my eyes! They looked bagged for a foreign market. I stalked every checkout and these were all the different ponies I found- Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Apple Jack, Rarity, Cheerilee with three flowers, Lyra Heart Strings, and Lily Blossom. They were $2.99 each!
