My grais are MOC italy Gusty and MIB baby gusty
I was lucky enough to obtain some of mine from last year - Tropical Breeze, Groom & Style Cherries Jubilee, Starflash and Snowflake. Like others, I'm really keen on getting ponies from my childhood. I also love getting UK packaged stuff, especially from the early years. I had three Mountain Boys as a kid, and I will never get them MOC. Even back when MIP were cheaper, the only single MOC MB I remember seeing for sale back then sold for an obscene amount, and it wasn't one of my three anyway. The three I had were Sunburst, Fireball and Thundercloud. I would like to at least have Sunburst's card and sticker back, because I lost the MB stickers in a move, and he was the pony I had when sister was born. I've learned that, in some cases, having the card/box is enough to satisfy my nostalgia.Right now the MOC ponies I am most looking for (realistically, since the MBs are impossible are)#1 Rainbow Windy. My first ever pony. MOC Windy herself isn't that hard to find, but...visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI only want one that looks like this. I have Sunlight from this set MOC, and loose cards for Starshine, Skydancer and Moonstone from the UK release, but Windy stuff remains elusive. I am still seeking her.#2 Pretty & Pearly Baby Ripple. I had 2 Baby Sea Ponies as a kid; the other was Sunshower and I have her MOC. Like with Windy, though, I'm only looking for the one that looks like this...visitors can't see pics , please register or login#3 Rainbow Magic. This is the Rainbow Curl Pegasus. I absolutely adamantly refuse to even consider her by any other name, as she was a special pony from my childhood who, according to her story, could grant wishes. I had her when my mother was ill, and I chose her because of the wishes. For that same reason, she needs to be on the right UK card with the right UK name. I have seen others from her set and countless US carded ones, but only once the UK one - and someone else got to it first The card looks like this:visitors can't see pics , please register or loginBut the pony is obviously this:visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI am also looking for one of my three Party (TAF) ponies MOC, probably Strawberry Fair (as I had a "Sugarberry" once but it wasn't right and I don't regret not having her any more) or Princess Star Gleamer in the white UK box. But those are the top three.Otherwise I tend to look more for boxes and such than them MOC but early UK packaged ponies I will always be interested in Those are important ones from my childhood, though, so they rank highest.(Along with the MBs I will never get).US packaging is ok, but not for childhood ponies, and only for ponies that weren't sold in a UK box form/package, unless it was available here in US box as an import. Because US boxes are nice, but not generally part of my childhood nostalgia.
Oh they are Beautiful! So lucky you are finding Cherries Jubilee! If you ever decide to sell or trade her please think of me! I also like the UK/European boxes best cause they are part of my childhood.
