Detailed Comment	The ponies didn't arrive, however Whippy was very helpful with suggestions of contacting the PO, and we had great communication. I received a refund as the ponies are still currently MIA, the whole transaction was very professional and the only person who can be blamed is Royal Mail! Comment by: Enolaalone
