When I worked as a barista, our coffee thermoses had the following instructions on the side: "Do not pour on baby. Baby may cry." With a picture demonstrating the instruction.WHA? Who would pour scalding coffee on a baby??
Why do vegetarians eat vegetables and humanitarians not eat humans?
Why is it called taking a dump instead of leaving a dump?? hmmmm??
For that matter, why do some nurses wake people up to give them sleeping pills? (yup, it does happen.)
Why call it a "building" when the construction is complete? Shouldn't it be a "built"?

I think just about all mechanical items have some sort of silly warning label because of stupid people.
I am finding this thread hilarious! However I want to address you, Rad, on the Mc Donalds coffee coffee lawsuit. Coffee should be hot, but that Mc Donalds had been cited by city health inspectors as being hotter than it's supposed to be and the woman needed skin grafts because she got third degree burns from her coffee as it was at least 20 degrees hotter than normal.
