Has anyone here ever contacted Mattel about a broken doll? If so, did they send you a replacement doll or just a voucher for one?

I contacted them last night about my broken Skull Shores Draculaura and I have not heard back yet, but I just want to know what I should expect when I do.

When my Nefera broke right away after I deboxed her I contacted Mattel through their live chat system. All I needed was to have the box to give them a number from and they sent me out another Nefera immediately! They are very good to their customers!

Believe it or not, the second Nefera broke as well. I called Mattel that time and just wanted to make them aware of the issues I was having and they ended up sending me yet ANOTHER. So, yes, they are pretty awesome to their customers.

I'll have one here soon Tuney. I just ordered mine and all I really wanted her for is the stock. So I'd be reselling the nude doll.

Jupi: I now offically want 1600 Drac...and Frankie. I already have the other two, so I might as well complete. If anyone is selling them, let me know! Clothed or nude is fine by me! All I ask is that Draculaura's eyes aren't too close together! hehe

The MH shelves are bare again for me.  So far I'm caught up on my signature dolls, but it's still sad to only see a few CAMs or fashion packs lying around.

Hah, yeah shelves are SUPER bare.
I live in Detroit- so I've checked three targets, a walmart, kmart, meijer, and toys r us all in a few miles radius. And there's about four more targets and walmarts a tiny bit further than that. DX

Nothing. Hah. People are QUICK about getting that merchandise.

I contacted them last night about my broken Skull Shores Draculaura and I have not heard back yet, but I just want to know what I should expect when I do.

I contacted them early last month when my Cupid doll had a badly frayed dress. They sent a replacement  Cupid and I had it in about 1 week. More recently, I purchased a Thomas See n Say and even with new batteries it spoke really really creepy slow... they sent a $20 voucher within a week.

Here in Canada I've only ever gotten the Coupon which is dumb!
I rather have had the replacement doll.

Just came across a freshly stocked Skull Shores display at my Kmart. No Gill.

I'm 100% positive now I wont find him down here

I'm very sure now that they're only stocking the second case assortment with Draculaura. Very disappointing  I'm still sad we didn't get 2.0 Lagoona due to similar reasons

I noticed that my first GB Lala has darker eyeshadow than the other ones I bought for customization. Have anyone else noticed this? Do all the "first" Gloom Beach Draculauras have darker make up than the later ones, or are mine an oddball? :S
Sorry I don't have pics, I already sold of the ones with lighter makeup.
