Pssst - anyone with access to Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham, WA, looking for SS Frankie, Justice has three on hand (or they did just before lunch). BUT ... all of their boxes are trashed. The dolls are fine, but the boxes are dented and/or ripped.

Got the replacement from Mattel for my DT Ghoulia with red stains on her face.
Except.. the new one's right eye is about 50% bigger than the left.

Great.  I give up on having my favorite Ghoulia I guess.

Did she come out of the box with her head barely in all the way? I hope she's alright.

Yup, her head was just sitting on top of her neck! Good thing they have those plastic 'prongs' attached inside. I didn't even notice when I picked her up in the shop, it was only when I'd pulled out the inner card of the box I went 'wut?'. With a small amount of effort her head just popped back on though, and you'd never know.

I like the blue, but I could grow to like the red if I saw it enough

can safely say she does look good with the blue. The one I'm working on is using two sahdes mixed with silver, but the red is definately interesting.

I'm TOTALLY falling for the red. Of note, I've removed her nose and lip paint, and I plan to give her succulent pale grey lips after she's been rerooted.

While I like the blue as well, I find it a tad...predictable. It definitely works, and it works well, but I have a soft spot for redheads. I just took out my Ghoulia and a Lagoona rehaired in red, and I'm going to put their hair against the skeleton's head to see which look I like better...

No dolly luck for me this weekend:( My Justice isn't even carrying dolls so there went my shot at SS Frankie (since she seems to show up there) Target didn't have the wolf sisters or Gill and Walmart had some CAM and club sets but that was it for dolls. Checking out Kmart, TRU and another Walmart tomorrow so here's hoping...

Has anyone picked up a CAM starter set recently?  I got one about a week ago to get a grey torso for my skeleton girl and upon further inspection I noticed two very different things about her mold.  First she has a tail hole!!!  Second and I don't like this at all, a serial number or something of the like across her stomach, raised not carved.  I can sand it off I know that, but ugh why there?

Could someone who has both the three eyed ghoul and sea monster CAM do me a massive favor and show me what the  three eyed monster looks like with the thighs and upper arms of the sea monster? I'll be eternally grateful!

So Rochelle is starting to pop up in US stores according to peeps on LJ. Not sure what stores as they seem to mostly be confined to 3rd party sellers (eBay, Amazon Marketplace) and will likely be scare for a while yet but keep your eyes peeled, Americans!

Of course this HAS to happen during the month of April when I'm not allowed to buy anything! UGH!!!!!!

Does it count if I buy her for you?!?  ~_^
