New girl number one a sweet sable with mitts and a bib
And I'm told this one is a panda

And unfortunately it won't let me upload the video of them running, dooking and war dancing so here is just a shot. Ignore the messy floor it was my craft room and turning it into a room for the girls to play in.

The doctor gave the ok to get Noodle some friends and these girls popped up earlier in the week. They looked too cute and sweet not to get. My phone is being awful and won't let me post videos of them playing and running.
I'm only letting everyone sniff through bars till the girls see the vet and get their shots. They look pretty healthy. Poor Noodle has been cuddling me a lot and I guess he is worried about being replaced? Also, having such big healthy girls shoes just how bad Noodles condition is to me. I know he is constantly improving but wish his owner had loved him properly.

Getting to know the girls I can say the panda is more vicious and a little more difficult to warm up to people. I would like to give her a slytherin fitting name.
The sable is more sneaky and smart enough to get in trouble.i would like to give her a Ravenclaw name. Any suggestions would be great.

Ohhhhh! Adorable!!! Simply adorable!!!! Poor grumpy little Noodle, I'm sure in time he'll realize that he's just as loved and won't be getting replaced.

Probably something Harry Potter when I figure out personalities. The sable likes to play a lot and is more cuddly so far, especially for her not knowing me. The panda is nippy and rough, so we have some work to do to avoid loss of fingers. :lol:

I ALWAYS give my pets names from books or movies, but the kind of name where you only know what it is if you are a big fan. My gerbil's name was Reepicheep and my cat's name is Rosie Cotton (anyone know what that's from lol ;)) I always think that its really fun to do stuff like that, then you can test people's knowledge on the book or movie :shifty:

Lol, I'm an English teacher so most of mine are book based. Problem is I've had lots of pets!
Most of my old rats have passed by here are a few examples

My new rats are HP, one dog is after a singer, one a manga character and one a novel character. Cats let me see I have manga character, Lion King, book character and then just Krampus.

Ive always given my pets Japanese names because idk...they just go so well with pets!

LOL coincidence its looks to be a silver panda (silver being one of the house colors) and ferrets are known as "cat-snakes!" :P

DD has Spectra Vondergeist's ferret floating around, is name is Rhuen.

I'm still dying over the video of them you sent me last night. I showed my husband and we're both deep in ferret fever now. I miss having cat-snakes running around my house.

Thanks everyone! I wish all the ferret owners lived closer so we could have ferret play days. :P That would be fun with fuzzies everywhere.
I'm making lists of names possibly for the girls as I continue to get to know them. I can say the sable is very curious and is warming up to me fast, wanting to play me be held for short periods. The panda is a little bigger and more cautious, but she loves to play and that's cutting out her shyness. She gets a little too excited and we are working on nip training a little as I want to keep my fingers. :lol:
Here is a pic from last night. I'm almost done with their room, just a few electronics out and to redo the floor again since they were poop happy last night. Lmao
Just to keep anyone from worrying the light had no bulb and was unpleasant he'd. She was just curious.

Aww, Reina I hope you guys find lovely baby/babies to care for and give a good home. I'll be excited to see them.

My Dad used to keep ferrets back in the day, very inquisitive little fellows! :)
I was far too young to handle them, though, and my Dad was afraid I would get an angry nip on the hand! hehe ;)

They're so cute! And I love the idea of naming them after HP characters. Our guinea pigs were always named after HP characters, too. We had Sirius, Remus, Gilderoy, Hermione, Luna, Rowena and probably one or two more I can't think of right now.
If you say one of them is very curious, I'd name her Luna. Luna is one of the most curious and open-minded HP characters. And the nippy one could be Bellatrix.

If you want Syltherin names how about Hestia and Flora? They are twins from the Slytherin house and since you bought the two ferrets together as a pair I think that would be sweet! :biggrin:

lol one slytherin and one ravenclaw to suit their personalities. I like some of these choices! Any other ideas? I started googling names but then found s huge spoiler for the Cursed Child and haven't read it yet, so I stopped. >_<
