How to open case on multiple items order on ebay?*update*

I haven't received my blind bag ponies from China. It's been 3 days after the latest estimated delivery date.

They are two separate multiple item orders from the same person...so...how do I do this?

Update: Received items, but two of them are not as described. I've left 5 stars and positive on rest of the ponies, but not the two yet on the ones I got wrong. I opened a new case on the same item, and awaiting response. My response was I was willing to return the two and get the two as shown back. Will update this again.

When did you order them? If you're going by ebays dates, I never find those to be very accurate, if you're going by the sellers dates then you would contact the seller first to find out what is going and when you should receive your order.
Personally items that we order from that end of the world, we give them 41 days and then we open a case and that's after we've spoken with the seller.

July 21st. Seller contacted me saying to wait around for couple of more days and the tracking number finally updated

I've found things from China take a good 4 weeks. Your just at the third week so to wait another one will still keep you in your 45 day window. Good luck!

I agree, July 21, that's only 3 weeks. I've had items from china arrive within 7-10 days, however that's not the norm, it's usually more like 3.5-4.5 weeks. I would at least wait until August 21st before contacting the seller again, and give them a couple of days to respond.

Remember you have 45 days from the date the item was paid for to open a dispute.

So I wouldn't be so quick to jump the gun, if the seller doesn't respond or provide any information and tracking hasn't updated I would then open a case on August 28th. That's 5 weeks. Which I think is a fair amount of time.

Again that's just me personally, everyone handles things differently.
