Is DD available on US stores?

Well, I was browsing Hasbro Toy Shop and DD is listed with "where to buy" info.

Is she available on stores now or is it just the site messing up with my hopes?

I'm sure it's an error to have "where to buy" and that is a general thing of where to buy Habsro products.

she was only available at the comic con as far as I know there have been largely unfounded rumors that she /might/ I stress /might/ be popping up as a Toys R Us exculstive later on but right now that's just whispers and rumors. You want her you'll have to hunt E-bay and pray to the pony gods

I think its pretty standard to have the "where to buy" listing - I have seen that against almost all MLP items at some point - it will be a standard setting even when items are not perhaps in store [the Cheerilee Schoolhouse and AJ & Star Dreams set had the same setting but both have been pretty much non existent in US stores].

I am surprised she is still active on line but then again HBTS is notorious for its lack of organisation.

She is not currently available in stores and in this FS form, in her Comic Con boxing, she is not going to turn up in stores. Thats not how exclusives work. If she reappears in a slightly different incarnation I dont think I would be too surprised if that did happen - she is a money maker and a commercial entity like HB would be silly to ignore the money they could make if she had wider availability although her very debatable existence may be enough to put retailers off stocking her.

Hasbro really should reissue it, that's no way to treat a character that turned so many on to G4.

I'd love see a Ditzy Doo FS reissue with a mail bag and package like this, and maybe a removable pink mailbox over her head so folks don't get offended;

I thought it was going to mean Daisy Dreams, but yeah I agree she probably shouldn't have the 'where to buy' on her particular page as she was an exclusive. It does falesly get people's hopes up.

I don't know if I agree with that. I don't find that hasbro treated her poorly at all. In fact, I think they really threw a bone to her fans by creating her at all after all was said and done. I don't know a lot of little girls that would be into playing with a cross eyed pony doll. I think having her as a SDCC pony was a great solution. Just my humble opinion

Agreed. How is it fair to people who stood 5 hours in line or paid $150 for an exclusive item on ebay if they show up for sale in stores later?
