Customizing Sweetheart Sister ponies??

I might do a custom from my Spring Song but I don't know how rare she is.  Cause if she rare I don't want to take her apart since she's in such great condition that she's only missing her hair bow.  And if she's not I wanted to use her to make an OC pony I created called Christmas Eve.

Any G1 pony in great condition is rare nowadays - it would probably be kinder to trade her off to a collector if she's still lovely.  None of the SHS ponies are very common.

Agreed! If she's in super wonderful condition, I would just try to find a baity one.

Since you asked about their value, I would like to say that, as with all G1s, it's preferable that you only bait them if they're really bad. I don't know just how bad yours is, but a little discoloration and messy hair do not a bait make...However it is your pony so it's really up to you. Just please try to go easy on the G1s that are not so bad. Someone mentioned that SHS are a little harder to find...I would hope that this would deter you from wanting to customize a bunch of them... :,D

A lot of these customs do look nice though. The SHS molds are gorgeous.
