I am genuinely surprised how limited the release of G5 was in my country.
The selection is small, both in stores and online.

I miss the G3 days when we had a huge selection and even exclusives.
At the end of G4 we had the same toys sitting on the shelves forever and maybe that is another reason G5 is not getting picked up as much by stores.

I generally like the designs of these characters.

Alphabittle looks like he belongs in the Spyro universe (to me at least) and i do not mind that. I like his design a lot more than that of most FiM ponies that had facial hair slapped on them. I look forward to seeing him animated.

Argyle is weird to me cause his face reminds me too much of a local, loud comedian. It is a bit jarring. X)

The only one i really do not like is Sprout. I find his colors unpleasant and that slick hairstyle that makes him look balding is not helping either. I have not been a massive fan of the male pony designs so far but Sprout is for sure the worst one to me.

It makes me sad that in the recent generations they start to look less and less like horses.... :T

Gosh, i wish they looked like this. She looks adorable.

If i had to pick i would say the G4 movie animation.
I really liked how the ponies were styled in that one and it was so nice to watch some good 2D animation on the big screen again.

Hello everyone,

I finally found some time for my little introduction. 
I am currently in my thirties and have been a fan of MLP since i was a 2 year old. I started to get into collecting them during G2 and things really took off when i also started to look up info online during G3.

The reason i got back into MLP during G2 is because my great aunt gifted me a free MLP that she got with a newspaper or something.
Back than i did not even link them to the old G1 ponies i used to play with. However i found this pony she gifted me so, so pretty (i love the eye gems) that i kept it close.
Once i actually figured out they were -the- MLP i loved them even more and started my collecting.
(Though i got some flack for "being too old already" as a young teen.)

So now i collect all gens (to some degree) but the first 3 gens are my favorite.

I hope i will have a nice time here and to maybe make some friends. I think a lot of us need to find a "happy place" these days.
