Should I complain to Mattel?
« on: May 22, 2012, 08:51:38 PM »
So I got the new  CAM set, and I noticed one of the wig plugs is super wonky looking, has anyone else had this problem? It barely fits into the hole and gets stuck when I try to get it out. It looks like it got melted or messed up when it was pulled from the mold or something.

If it were me I would clip the plastic piece out. Which I do anyways for all the wigs I plan to use.

I'm more concerned about the fact that it's wrong and messed up to begin with, regardless of what I end up doing with it.

I personnally wouldn't bother because it's not a big deal IMHO.  Also they're relatively cheap dolls to begin with, and I hope they stay that way.

I'd complain. Whether or not they're cheap, that still looks like a pretty big flaw. These are toys for children, after all, and I could imagine a child easily getting very frustrated with such a flaw.

The worse that could happen is they ignore you.
