I'm guessing it's to get people to buy it for exclusive pone even if they already own all the sparkly mane 6 BB figures.

I am not sure about the hair color.  To me, it looks like the picture is super-saturated, making the hair look somewhat different than it would in real life.

i bought the whole set i didnt have the wave 4 or 2 crystal ponys some are 4 some are 2 go figure so id say it was worth it i just need wave 2 rarity crstal and wave 4 aj and fluttershy for all the crystal main six
