weirdly enough, wondering why there is a pink blotch over glorys shooting star symbols on both sides and on the online pomo photos too, maybe they didn't get Glorys copy writes  :wonder:  it's so annoying but she is super cute.

i would not have bought this if it was a single. i wonder if my crafty husband could take her head of and re-arrange it LOL  :P

Pony Corral / photo review of funko pop scented cotton candy
« on: February 06, 2021, 04:49:14 PM »
hi guys, I thought I would do a bit of a review for those who are interested before they buy.
just collected it today, my first ever funko (from a place in New Zealand called Mighty Ape) $25NZD/$18USD.
its was a nice surprise as they weren't expected until the end of February.
i was wanting to get minty and snuzzle in the future but not so sure now, those black soulless eyes are going to take a bit to get use to

she smells nice and i can be a bit sensitive to smells and in my opinion its not over powering, smells a bit like coconut, a bit minty, maybe like cotton candy?
would love to hear other peoples opinions on her smell.

Customs / help sealing glitter symbols
« on: December 20, 2020, 07:45:11 PM »
hi guys iv just painted my first symbols in ages, the thought of painting symbols gives me anxiety as i don't have a steady hand   so try to avoid it, anyways i wanted it to be glittery so thought sprinkling glitter  on the enamel paint while its still wet it will stick but i think it will rub of in time.
my husband just bought some mod podge for a project, either of us have used it before and i was wondering what would be the best sealer to go over glitter and enamel paint to protect it, would mod podge be ok?
I thought the symbols might be ok but just gave it a bit of a rub the yep the glitter is come of.
would sealer be ok on glitter or ruin it?

i had to share this,
didn't weather to laugh or cry, put this in 'whats your problem' or 'of topic', so here we go..

I found a white tail spider (import from Australia)  while spring cleaning the house, i thought he was dying as he was quite drowsy and court him in a little container to show the family how big he was.  we like spiders here but not poisonous ones, they get the boot.
anyways my 10yr old darling daughter begged me not to kill it and gave me the guilt's so i said ok, silly me. never open the lid i said but she kept opening it and putting in a little habitat for him, even court a live fly for it too   :scared: :yucky: and she even gave it a name, 'Max"
so i put cello tape over the lid and said, poisonous, never ever open it ok do you understand, yes mum. i will never let Max out,
i week later one morning shes calling out its gone,  >_< -_- after a lengthy questioning i got "mum  i only opened the lid a bit for it to breath over night"  >_<
i suffer from a little bit low blood pressure but it was really high then.
anyways she had the day of school for teachers only day which we spent doing more house cleaning and bug bombing.  :pout:
kids huh. well we never did find him.

happy Halloween everybody

hi guys as i have all this time at home i pulled my old care bears collection out of storage and sadly discovered everything smells musty  i also stored my 3 ty G4 plushys  (which still have their tags on them) and my build-a-bear spike and a near mint Popple in the same box,  all my flurry cuddly toys are either new or near mint, what would be a safe way to clean with them all, would a popple be ok in the washing machine or a bab spike, carebears im frightened of washing as they have plastic eyes and the butt hears might wear of and the noses might get scuffed.

has anyone got any advise on what worked for them? without making them look worn. :D
maybe a singe gentle wash with vinegar or baking soda?

please and thank you guys :D

Toy Box & Games Cupboard / any smurf lovers/collectors here?
« on: February 04, 2020, 07:54:45 PM »
i am having a toy down size and just wondering if there would be any interest here for these tiny squishy collection of smurfs with little suction cup things on the bottom of them like the my little pony squishy pops that came out a while back, they were sold at a gas station in New Zealand, possibly available in Australia too.
if there is any interest in them i can upload a photo of them  ;)

also they come in a special mushroom shape display case and in Europe they are called something but iv forgotten, i call them squishys like the squishy pops

im asking on behalf of my son, he has double up pokemon cards that came from kelloggs limited edition cerial boxes.
these bulk lot ones were sealed all together and came from friends who got them in  Japan.
