why won't hasbro just make a G4 Minty?

She's background in FiM... ok, totally selfish, yah, I want one - but not for $300+ geesh

on the one hand I've loved watching customizers make amazing show realistic celestia-s and luna-s and shining armor-s etc. and think it's cool that plushy makers have found some decent cha-ching catering to the brony-world but dang - this is just ... Minty

anyone else out there wishing she were just a regular $5-6 toy??

I have a feeling that we'll see her in a later wave on ponies. She made it as a G4 blind bag, so hopefully we'll see a widely released brushable soon. She is very pretty!

actually that would be cool  to see a "retro line" - not that I don't like all the new G4's like zecora, and trixie and new looks for fluttershy (much better than the G3) but yeah, that would be awesome to see bowtie and posey and melody and firefly and a gazillion others  :-) I think that they have done some other g3's like skywishes and such... so yeah, maybe it's just a wait and see

but man, you'd think it'd be obvious even to hasbro types that Minty was a pretty popular one from the last round... not that I mind how they redid rainbow dash (totally better G4 time around) but still wondering what the thinking is in toy maker world to NOT release it

I want her as well~ I think if we really want to see her we should mail Hasbro about it. If they see that there is a large demand for her they may release her officially for us, or at least let us know if they have plans for her... It seems to work well for the FIM fans

hmmm  = how can I start a "manufacture minty" campaign?  Maybe for next christmas ;-) now wouldn't that be appropriate

We could make a banner with her on it to put in our signatures encouraging other members to mail Hasbro and try to spread the word around other MLP collecting communities.

We could also make a petition at petitiononline.com and spread word of it to other collectors and fans. By the looks of the NMM set, SDCC pony, and funko vinyls, Hasbro is taking more and more ques from pony fans in general. If enough people let them know they would buy a Minty, there's no rational reason why they shouldn't make her.
