While for me the second is the variant, she was drawn that way in the comics and is photographed with purple hair in the Hasbro catalogue for 1990, so...yeah. They're both Baby Splashes to me.

I'll pass. Her colour scheme is right up my alley but the Fancy Pants ponies aren't my cup of tea. If it weren't for the scrunners, I would seek her out - that pose is really cute.

I got her quite recently, but haven't cleaned her up yet. This set isn't my favorite, but she gets a pass for yellow and purple coloring.

me neither... they look cute as NON fancy pants but ugh I don't know... this gimmick never entertained me... even as a kid!

I randomly invited my mother along flea marketing last year and that woman found every one of Splashes's accessories in a grimy bin, even refusing to quit looking til she'd found all of the rings for the stack toy.  The ribbon is still taped to the comb!  Could not believe her luck!  We never found Splashes though, lol!

(She went on to find the most mintiest mint curly-haired Megan I've ever seen that day as well)
