The pony is called Whizzer

Is he for your own collection or do you plan to sell him? If you plan to sell him leave him, some collectors like their pony "natural" and don't like restoration. It's very personal

If you want to keep him, there is no harm in rehairing. Just remember to mark the hoof so if you do sell him, his new owner will know he is rehaired

Restoration can decrease the value in many cases

I would say the value is $70-80, one in perfect condition sold for $140.
