What Elfpony said. I did find them in a Dollarama. I bought all the weird ones, and one normal one. The weird ones can be sold if anyone is interested.  I'll get some more pictures to compare the packaging.

So this is a post I am making for a friend, not for me, but I know everyone here has tonnes of advice and years of experience. She is a novice buyer.
The transaction happened on Facebook. Buyer purchased a rare toy. Seller requested FnF payment via paypal. Buyer sent payment via Friends and Family via paypal. Seller provided a fake tracking number, toy never arrived. Seller blocked buyer, which basically says to me it was a deliberate scam.
Buyer has called paypal and was told 'nothing we can do'.
I am pretty sure that isn't true. That paypal can choose to help, and in this case is not.
What should our next step be?

Exactly what Baby Squirmy said. The mane is not cut. HOWEVER, is the buyer referring to the forelock? I have had people make that mistake before, thinking the forelock was a bit of mane that was supposed to be longer. Since in the comparison picture the forelock is swept back and blends more with the rest of the mane.

I have this wolf family available. Alpha, Beta, and two pups. All have minor paint rubs, the beta wolf has noticeable rubs to ears, nose, shoulder/sides. Not really sure what to ask, looking for fair offers. (Mint they sell for $20 each, but the laying pup isn't available on ebay.) So I was in the store, and finally grabbed an All About rainbow dash. But while looking around, I thought the rarity looked odd. So I bought her too. Got home, and found out the one I had just just bought (with open mouth) has a different full body cutie mark than the one I previously had (with closed mouth). Were there two versions of them all? Or just rarity? Is this a known variant to everyone but me?
