Hello, my name is Jenna and I’m 34 years old. I live in Idaho, and I have been a MLP lover my entire life. I grew up loving G1 and then they suddenly disappeared off the shelves, where I lost track at G2. I always looked forward to toy aisles, hunting for new ponies, or begging my older sisters to let me play with their ponies. My oldest sister would never let me play with hers, and she kept them in pristine condition. I loved the fuzz off of my so-soft ponies and took Baby Stripes with me everywhere. I lost Nectar but I’ll find one again someday. I recently brought out my ponies from their box in my closet to show my daughter and she fell in love with them, and that’s when I decided to collect actively again.

I’d find them on occasion in thrift stores and would snag them, but now they are what I seek first at any thrift store, flea market, garage sale, eBay, wherever. I primarily collect G1 but also love G3, which usually end up on my daughter’s pony shelf. She takes great care of her toys so I’m always happy to give her new ponies. She appreciates and loves them as much as I do!

Thank you for allowing me to join the community here. I’ve recently re-joined Instagram and found many like-minded pony lovers and it’s such a wonderful community to be a part of. I don’t feel weird buying ponies, I don’t feel ashamed to be a pony loving nerd, I love it! My collection has swelled in the past year, and it’s showing no signs of slowing down!!
