Ponyfan definitely not Bobby's world :)

Taffeta, I wouldn't be surprised if it was European or even UK production, the animation looked quite good either way, at least as I remember it. I have so few memories and info on it. I do know it didn't look anime.

She has blue eyes, a Rebel and Imperial symbol for her dual cutie mark. She has shimmery black, white, blue and purple hair from Shimmerlocks, Doll Planet and Dollyhair.

I started making a cat-themed Mother's Day card for my mom.  :) (In Finland, Mother's Day is celebrated on May 12) The card is mostly blue (blue background and one of the cats) in color because it is her favorite. I tried some "tricks" with the salt. I'll see tomorrow if I managed to make any patterns on the card with it. :wonder:

Thank you!

Speaking of, I finished the free ones I was doing and opened a shop :accomplished:

My complaint right now is I'm hot. It's cooler outside than it is in my apartment.

Oh :( I wonder what happened to the aloe?

I have gnats! I think they're in the spider plant mainly but I can't tell. Luckily, I have some sticky spikes to put in the dirt.

Everything is growing like crazy.

I've been doing these little sheep doodles on another site that has ponies. I was doing them for free, but a friend poked me and said I should open a shop (it would be for game currency) so I asked for a price check. A couple of people have been very rude in my thread. Saying that anyone can draw a blob or glowing line and get lots of the game currency for it. That people like me who aren't artists make REAL artists feel bad. Blah blah blah.

I wrote a reply back, but decided to delete it and just say to the one person maybe they aren't as good of an artist as they think.

I AM an artist. I just work mainly in 3D. Drawing digitally isn't something I'm great at but I think my little doodles are cute and people seem to like them.

Everyone else in the thread has been very supportive and gave me a good range of what to charge if I open a shop. I'm just feeling bummed people had to come in and say things like that. I mean, if you wouldn't pay that price, fine. Say that. Don't dis my me and doodles.

A sample of said doodles for those curious:

Your sheep are really cute! They made me smile. :) Keep making your art and forget about those stupid commenters!

(I still haven't published my own drawings anywhere but here on the forum, because I don't have enough courage to do so. I have received wonderful and nice comments here, thank you for them. )

The Dollhouse / Re: Monster High returns again!

I would've thought distribution over there would be on a similar timeline to here, and this is not exactly the cutting edge of new items, LOL :)

I think Smyths UK has a better range than Smyths Germany. We don't have Venus (yes she's the newest character) or the Refresh line (Drac with a hat, Frankie in striped shorts, etc) and we also don't have the wannabe Ghoulia

If they weren't so expensive, I might have picked up Venus, as a novelty because her hair is kind of fascinating and I am a plant girl (I never thought I liked G1 Venus but I ended up with enough of them that I had to admit defeat xD) but they are pretty pricy from new. £29.99 is a lot of money really.

I found her on the Smyths site so she must be universally out here now.

If they've even reached this midlands backwater, though, it probably means you'll have them sooner rather than later.

They also had Abbey in Smyths, I recall now looking at their website. She was oddly taller, especially next to Lala. I guess that does make sense, and I do like the shades of blue. They just seem a bit, well...blue for Abbey.

This is pretty accurate for what our local store has at the moment. Since I don't know what belongs in which set, this is easier. Though I don't remember seeing the creeproductions on shelf.  Oh, apparently that's because they're not actually in stores yet. End of May.

I don't know what it is, but I know that here in the UK we had a bunch of shows when I was a kid that had been made in European countries and translated into English for us here (or made here in the UK). So it may well be a European series of some kind that was translated and shown in your country?
