I have a friend who has a piggy cotton candy in need of a rehair. But she can't find a good match of the hair. Could any of you give us a hand?

Is pink sugar lighter that tea rose? I think Tea Rose is a bit too pink. I told my friend to maybe put the hair in the sun so it fades a bit and it's not so bright.

I've never had the colour in my hands so I don't really know

I agree, nirvana ponies are so hard to match as both the colour and texture of the hair can be unique.

I'm not sure if it's any help, but I managed to find a close match for a very unique colored mane on my Columbian pony so that she can have a tail, none of the shades of dollyhair pink that I have matched (I bought nearly every color), but a donor tail from a "ponyzilla" Fluttershy was so close and only a tiny bit different! Maybe it may be a help to you?

That sounds very interesting! Thank you very much for the information. I'll let me friend know. I think she found one of those flutter shy ponies you can draw on the other day at a flea market. Maybe she can use that too.

You've reminded me of something!

My Little Customs sell QT nylon, which has slightly different colours compaired to DH nylon, BUT many of the colours are matches for the G4 ponies. I wonder if the colours might be good matches for nirvanas too?

I need an approximated hair match for Piggy Bluebelle, the one with purple hair. Do Piggy Bluebelle and Piggy Lemondrop have the same hair colour?

Also I need to know about Minty with white and brown hair.

I got the Blossom issue solved, but Minty is still giving me the headache. I don't have too many ponies with white hair, and the ones I have are Nirvana too.

I took some comparison photos of Piggy minty hair and Macau palomino Cotton Candy.

Piggy minty has a grey touch there, but looking at all the whites from dollyhair I just can't decide. (I really have problems with colors, that is why I always ask for others opinion in this matter). I though of getting some donor hair. A regular Minty I think. Because the new hair is going to have another texture too and I don't think it would look well.

EDIT: I found the perfect match for Piggy Minty!! I have an old Barbie horse with pink and white hair, and the white is just like Mintys!!!

Minty is a hard one as her hair appear more silver than white. I am glad you have found a match though
