Question about 8 inch brush able princess cadence/

I recently got a princess cadance brushable at a thrift store. This pony is marked made in India. I had no idea they made g4 ponies in india. Is she rare? Any other pony out there have any more info?

A few of the G4 ponies were made in India I got a surprise when I looked under my Cadence's hooves too

She isn't particularly rare, no! I think she's cute, though.

I found a Rainbow Dash with made in India. The funny difference is the symbol if you compare with the other ones. Colours are in another order.
