While this pack is a Target Exclusive, I don't think everything Crystal Empire will be. On the Canterlot sets the "Only at Target' thing was part of the Canterlot logo while these just have the regular "Only at Target" stickers. It could be Crystal Empire is just a normal line and Target just has a few exclusives that are part of it.

I used the DPCI checker, and Brentwood is the only store in the area that has them. It's worth the extra 15 min drive!!
