Congrats, PBW!!!

I finally got some decent sleep. I had to kick my cat out of the bedroom. She's the main reason I haven't been sleeping - she keeps waking me up! So I was done with it last night and closed the door. I did still wake up (because of my apnea most likely) but I got at least 3 hours straight sleep.

My dad found a Scrabble tile that had been missing for a long time today. I really thought I might have thrown it away by accident but now we have all of the Scrabble tiles again.

Cats are so lovely when they like to wake us up at the "wrong" time when we should be sleeping! Well, they're nocturnal animals, it's just to be endured. Luckily, you have a separate bedroom and a door that you can close in front of the cat's nose.
Me and my cats are weird, they sleep through the night but I don't.

Not today but on Friday night I got carded when I went to a pub. I'm 37. It keeps happening but at this age it's quite flattering. The bouncer ruined the moment though, he started laughing after seeing my ID

I finished painting the cards with watercolors that my mother and niece will get on their birthday. There would still have been a lot of time left, as the birthdays are in August, but I couldn't resist doing them. 

I'm going to paint a picture for my mother with acrylic paints as a gift, but I haven't dared to start yet. It will be a cat themed painting.

i bought a rug pad so we can stop tripping over one of our thinner rugs. now when i walk on the rug it feels so soft under my feet. rug pads are underrated.

A few weeks ago, I signed up for Disney + but hadn't tried it on the Smart TV.  I tried to do my research beforehand so I would know exactly what to do.  I had read about all kinds of problems with the Disney + app with the Smart TV we have but it was actually easy to add the app to the streaming ribbon and get Disney + up and running on the Smart TV.   

Also, one of my new prescriptions was going to be expensive but my dr gave me a coupon that covered the entire cost of the prescription.

my dog is weird. she likes to sit out in the sun when it's super hot outside. and she gives me the cold shoulder when i make her come back inside the house.

I bought nice hair clippers with guards months ago. I kept wanting to go to the salon and get my hair cut, then maintain it with the clippers myself. Well, I'm never getting over there, so today I just went for it and shaved my head.

It feels so much better! I just need someone to tidy up the back. I'll have my mom do it when I go over there.

I'm so happy about this cool weather we have in Finland now!   The thermometer now shows that it is only 9 degrees Celsius outside. Even during the day, it was slightly below 20 degrees Celsius.
