I'm really happy with the rain that just started now!  The temperatures also cool down nicely. The previous three days were too summery and warm.

I'm drinking coffee for the first time in a while, a month maybe? Maybe longer. I didn't give it up intentionally. It was just one of those things I put to the side while I'm trying to drink more water and cut down on soda. It's good I always liked coffee in the evening more than the morning. I like super cold water in the morning, it helps soothe my stomach.

I was buying books at the bookstore and the cashier noticed that I had the new Yona book.  She told me that it was one of her favorite animes and she had always wished there was another season (Yona ends on a cliffhanger suggesting there was supposed to be a 2nd season) and that she wanted to read the manga but is hesitating due to the cost of buying it up to the current release.  I told her that there is a lot in the manga that isn't in the anime.   Yona is one of my favorite animes and one of my favorite mangas.  It was nice meeting someone else that loves it as much as I do.

My mom has been extra nice to me lately.  She also said that she might pay for another streaming service that we don't have right now because it has a lot of shows on it that we would enjoy watching.

The sharky server. AGAIN!!! They passed the 1000 member mark & are celebrating with contests. The first was a haiku contest & my one won third place!!! The other two both tied & one was my fave of them!!! The current contest is the most frustrating game in existence, but the next one is in pizza making. Ingredients, check!!! Air fryer, check!!! I got my Targaryen-themed wax seal in the post!! I ordered a purple wicked wax stick I'm still waiting for, so hopefully it will arrive soon and I can practise making seals. I know there is a full stationary kit officially released with a seal, but it worked out a little cheaper to have the seal solo (with handle). Can't wait to see how it works!!

My mother and I went roaming today, on a walk I'd wanted to do again since last year (but my navigation makes it hard for me to do). We did get a bit lost but we made it to the lake eventually.

That's a happy thing to begin with, but on our way through the town park to the nature trail path, we went past the local centre pond, which has a lot of birdish wildlife.

First, a group of five cheeky ducklings playing around in the weed. No idea where mother duck was, but they seemed fine so I'm sure she was close.

Then the baby greylag geese. When we left the centre, they were all huddled on the bank, with one who was cuddled up to the mother, under the wing - just a little head poking out.

On our way back they were crossing the path and all the babies were clambering through one of the fences to get to the grass beyond. They were so cute and funny trying to scramble through. They won't be small enough to do that for much longer.

I got some decent sleep! I have actually woken up feeling refreshed. I got up at 6 this morning, but I forgot to take my medicine at 7, so by 10 I was tired. I took my meds and laid down. I slept until 2:30 when my cat woke me up and I feel pretty good

A friend of mine who was out of school due to a threat text came back to see me today! She is two years school wise behind me. Im a junior, she is a freshman. I was really happy to see her for the class period. We caught up on things. She actually farted and we died laughing. We are exactly alike. She and i are both halarioius.
