I bought a custom she already had up for sale of a certain Grey pegasus.
I purchased and asked if Tiella minded a hair trim on the pony to match a previous pony she'd done and she was happy to oblige.
The pony was very carefully packaged and arrived safe and sound. She is even prettier in person than in the photos that were posted.

I highly recommend Tiella both for the quality of her work but also for her friendly service. You can't go wrong with her.
