Roogna and I did a private custom swap.
It was leisurely paced, we both took our time with it, keeping in touch along the way. There was never a need for rushing, a longer working time was mutual agreed upon. Communication was excellent, and we shipped together so we'd receive together too.
I received a BEAUTIFUL custom from Roogna! You can tell a lot of love and care went into the custom pony, and it suits me and what I like so perfectly! She is just gorgeous, I'm so in love with my new pony.
Excellent quality of work, great communication, fast shipping and great care in packaging. Roogna was also really patient with me as she finished before I did, and was very understanding and accepting of the fact that I ran into some issues and would take longer.
I would very happily do another custom swap with her, or commission her if the funds were available. Her work is amazing, with so much thought and heart put into it.
