Personal Interview-Where did you get your user name?My interest in the
Legend of Zelda games, my desire for Zelda to get to do some sword-swinging of her own, wanting to anonymize myself upon seeing an admin I'd had a fight with on a different forum (I was a young little jerk) was a member of the one I was joining, and character limits.
How old are you?31
Do you go to school or work?College. Might finally graduate next semester, idk
What are your hobbies?Ponies, wooden trains, model trains, Power Rangers, Transformers, Lupin III, a few other anime, Lego, collecting action figures from series of interest, Yu-Gi-Oh, reading, writing, drawing, roleplaying on instant messengers with close friends
Do you have any pets?They're not mine, strictly speaking, but we've got three cats and two dogs; both dogs have issues with me despite me not doing anything to them.
What do you like/dislike about yourself?I like that I can make people laugh and please them with my art, and that I can somehow manage to pick them up when they're feeling down.
I dislike my executive disfunction, my ability to bother people without realizing it, and my sometimes exploding. The latter two points are why my sig says what it does...
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?Dunno that I'd want to live anywhere different rn, except maybe insofar as having my own place.
Do you collect anything other than ponies?Yep. See hobbies.
Ponies-How long have you been collecting ponies?Since late summer/early fall 2011. So, best part of 12 years.
Why did you start collecting ponies?MLP had been on my mental radar to some degree for a while, especially after seeing the
My Little Transformer stop motion shorts. But it was a friend getting into FiM and nagging me to check it out that made me finally take the plunge.
Who is your favorite pony and why?Rosedust. Flutter Ponies are cool, I like her colors, and I think she's a good leader.
Who is your least favorite pony and why?Not sure I have one.
Who is your favorite pony from another country?Hmm. Baby Bow Tie maybe? The colors are cute and she's got a cute buggy. Would like to have.
Who is your favorite fakie?The G1-style alicorn fakie I got, just because of the style.
Who was your first pony?I want to say it was a 3-way tie between Celestia, Luna, and G4 Fluttershy (with scooter). I got all three at once, back in 2011, on the same Target run.
What pony did you get recently?Um. I think my most recent ponies were G3 Minty, Ribbon Wishes, and McDonald's Toola-Roola that were packed in with the double playset lot.
What is your favorite generation?G1
What is your favorite part about collecting?Either setting up shots of my ponies, or just messing around with them.
How big is your collection?Decent-ish? But I know plenty of people here have collections that blow it out of the water.
What do your friends and family think about your collection?My friends think it's neat, my family think it exists
Do you still play with your ponies?Oh yeah.
What rare or popular pony makes you ask why!?Mimic. Why, why, why,

with a serial devoted to her have to be the shortpacked one of that year's Twinkle Eyes? Augh.
If you had to have a pony symbol tattooed on your butt, which would you pick and why?Rosedust's, because I like her and it's pretty flowers.
If you could have any pony remade in a different generation, who would you choose and why?Firefly in G3 style, so that she has wings that are extended out while still looking horselike.
What has been the worst part about collecting?Accessory completion of playsets, probabkly
What is your ultimate collecting goal?To collect all of US G1, some of the foreign G1 ponies & playsets (like the kitchen), and select G3 and G4 ponies and playsets
What is your biggest collecting accomplishment?Either completing the Flutter Ponies, or getting two G1 playsets in one lot.
What is your biggest collecting regret?Losing my original Wind Whistler when my backpack was stolen...
Who is your grail pony and why?
Do you have it?Hollywood, because she's got neat colors and the Flutter Ponies aren't complete without her. And yes, I have her.
Do you prefer loose or MIP ponies?Loose, since I play with them and even though getting MiP would be nice for the completness, between price and the issues with opening vintage MiP...

Would you ever be?I am. Although my last efforts haven't been worked on in ages.
What do you think of custom ponies?They're fine.
What are acceptable and unacceptable pony flaws, in your opinion?I've got a pretty generous threshold. Probably the one flaw that gives me pause is missing/broken Winger wings, since those seem trickier to replace than Flutter wings.
Would you rather have a bait pony or a fakie?If it was one I was still missing? The bait.
Do you watch pony shows/movies?
Which ones?My Little Pony 'n' Friends (and its movie & specials), G3 (only seen a couple specials so far tho), FiM (stopped watching regularly halfway through S4 though, and have since only seen the S4 finale, the S7(?) finale (it was the one where Chrysalis got overthrown), the movie - WHICH STILL NEEDS TO BE RE-TITLED, HASBRO - and Equestria Girls up to The Legend of Everfree).
Do you read pony comics?
Which ones?The G1 comics. And in my headcanon I bring over compatible elements to the cartoon universe.
What is the worst thing you've ever done to a pony?Butchered the first Playful Ponies-size Luna to extend her legs and body.
