You can turn off the emails in your Profile -> Notifications -> (uncheck top option) Receive forum newsletters, announcements and important notifications by email. -> Save Settings (button)

I resorted to Ebay to find the earths and rainbows - Target shipping was ridiculous and trying to hunt them down individually on Amazon is even worse. But the last waves I need to get caught up are on their way. I've given up hope that TRU will ever get new waves.

Yeah, can't describe it but it's wonderful. When my collection was still small (like under 20 - mixed G1s and G3s) they fit in one small box. I opened it after having it closed for a while, and the smell was just awesome.  It's the smell of happy memories, innocence and magic.

We have a link to the Archives on the left side menu, but it's been acting up on us for a while now (asking for a login)...we have our server team looking into it but I'm not sure how it's coming along.

Mine all came shipped in large garbage bags (like double or triple layered) with no issues - because I didn't want to go through un-stuffing/re-stuffing. Just stick the shipping label right onto the bag.

You need to have the image hosted online somewhere - usually an image hosting site like Flickr or similar. Then you need to copy the image's URL link. Most image hosting sites will have a spot to copy it quickly (some even have it already formatted to BBC code).
Once you have the URL copied (will start with "http" and end with "jpg/gif/png"), you paste it into your message here. If the code is already BBC formatted, you're all set. If not, you need to add [ IMG ] in front of the URL, and [ /IMG ] behind it, without the spaces, (or you can click the little icon above the message box that looks like a tiny Mona Lisa painting and it will add the code for you).

I've done it with some things - it really helped give me a different mindset to be able to sort and purge, vs just "everything is neat so I must keep it". I did do some on my collection, things that were easy - just collected it for the sake of collecting everything MLP, not because I really wanted it.

Yup, price checks here in the corral. Once they are a few months old, we shift them over to the Archives as a reference area.
